We are searching for an organized, driven Marketing Coordinator to support our Account and Social Media teams. The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the Account Management team to manage projects, tasks, and budgets. They will also be responsible for assisting the Social Media Strategist with content creation and social media management. To be a successful Marketing Coordinator you should be a detail-oriented, creative and collaborative problem solver with outstanding communication, project management skills and a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination and task management as needed to support the Account team, with the opportunity to take the lead on smaller projects
  • Admin support for the Account team
  • Working alongside the Social Media Strategist to create and schedule social media content and manage engagement for various clients
  • Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Understanding of design and marketing principles
  • Understanding of basic social media performance insights
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player who knows how to get things done

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience using scheduling and social media management platforms
  • Experience using Canva
  • Experience creating Instagram Reels and IGTV’s
  • Experience using Asana for project management
