Long-standing client, Genstar Developments tasked us with promoting their SE Calgary community of Walden. To know Walden is to love Walden and we've been spreading the love by promoting the community through a combination of digital, social, and traditional media. Focusing on the Walden Lifestyle, we've delivered a "Lifestyle" campaign, highlighting the amenities, architecture styles, natural surroundings and the people of Walden.
In one year, we've built an engaged community of "Waldenites" and prospective Waldenites. Content follows our brand pillars of community, nature, amenities, and homes and has included a number of influencer campaigns, contests and user generated content: #DogsofWalden #WaldenLifeStyle. It's not all pups and fashion though. Our Instagram audience has grown from zero to over 2000 in under a year and has deliverer measurable traffic to the website and to Walden show homes.
First edition out now. This direct mailer was distributed in surrounding communities and from Walden Show homes. Following a 'flat lay' mini magazine format, the Walden Weekender showcases local amenities, community highlights, showhome extreriors and interiors and provides ideas of what to do on a typical weekend in Walden, look out for our next edition coming out in the year ahead.
We built out our digital ads based on user journeys and measured intent. For Walden, this meant a full suite of ads that range from brand awareness, interest based ads, and remarketing based on specific actions taken on the website. We kept them on brand, dynamic, and consistent with our other assets in the market and dynamic.
