Telling the story of Alpine Park.
A community as dynamic as Alpine Park required marketing materials that could provide potential buyers with an overall picture of what life could look like as a resident, as well as the opportunity to dive deeper into any of its many selling points. Our first challenge was to create a website that acted not only as a hub for information, but a storytelling tool to communicate the ethos of Alpine Park’s vision.
Crafting a people-first website experience.
Feeling inspired from the get-go, our team was determined to find a way to push the envelope and create an interactive experience as unique as Alpine Park. The website homepage design and development uses a combination of messaging and scroll-trigger animations to walk the user through a day in the life of a resident of Alpine Park. Each page of the website allows the user to dive deeper to explore layers of content, giving them the opportunity to be as engaged as they want to be.
This same philosophy of “people-first” was applied to all of the brand activation materials we created and continue to create – from ads and brochures, to a comprehensive signage and wayfinding program. Every piece was thoughtfully designed and focused around providing a compelling experience that would leave potential buyers inspired to learn more.
Alpine Park was recognized at the 2022 Calgary BILD Awards, winning best website, best marketing campaign, and best brochure.
Our digital marketing efforts were able to yield impressive results and accomplish our goals of building excitement, awareness and lead generation for Alpine Park. Search ads received double the standard click-through-rate and accounted for 41% of all website conversions. While our custom display ads reached over 12.9 million impressions and led to 4 times the standard click-through-rate.
Alpine Park’s initial phase of lots were more than halfway sold after just 6 months, and the development continues to thrive.
